All fulltime faculty members are required to teach DFLL service courses such as English writing, English conversation, and Freshman English and are obligated to direct theses and serve on various university and department committees and as mentors. III. Salary and Ranks:

Commensurate with qualifications. Additional teaching hours and administrative assignments extra. Other benefits include family health insurance, research grants and awards (on a competitive basis), and university housing (subject to availability).

The Graduate Program in Translation and Interpretation (GPTI) at National Taiwan University (NTU) announces 1 full-time Chinese-English Interpreting faculty position. Initial appointment will begin on February 1, 2015.

I. General requirements: Except as otherwise specified, minimum requirements include a PhD in a relevant field and a strong publication record. All full-time faculty members are required to teach courses in both the graduate and undergraduate T&I programs and are obliged to direct theses, mentor students, and serve on various university and program committees.

The School of Veterinary Medicine at the National Taiwan University has one faculty position on veterinary pathology available from 1st February 2015. The candidate, who must be a licensed veterinarian in Taiwan and has pathological diagnostic experience, is expected to teach Veterinary Pathology and be involved in the routine pathology service rotation, including surgical pathology and necropsy. All candidates must have a Ph.D. degree with at least one representative full paper, in which the candidate serves as the first or corresponding authors, in a SCI-listed journal (or Ph.D. dissertation) published after 1st February 2010. The starting levels, from assistant to full professor, will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications.
